Etriever was built with educators, administrators, and state agencies who struggled to deliver data-driven support and personalization. This led to a fundamental rethink: Etriever flips student data from being organized around institutions to being centered on the student, wherever, whenever, and however they learn.

The Etriever Team
We have delivered audit-ready, compliance-driven data and reporting systems for state agencies, large districts, and higher-ed and enterprise clients across the US and Canada, including statewide in Utah, Kentucky, and Hawaii; large districts including Houston, TX, Montgomery County, MD, and Detroit, MI; medium and small districts in every state, and charter and private schools serving every demographic. Prior work also includes the University of Utah and other higher education institutions.
Etriever is first deployed in partnership with the Utah State Board of Education and was developed in direct response to a competitive state RFP for student data infrastructure. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Etriever AI serves state, district, and higher ed education agencies nationally.
